we reduce pollution affects of commuting to and from

a work location.

We also source local suppliers

in our area hence lowering food miles traveled

which typically means a reduced carbon footprint.

> Eco friendly and natural cleaning products

are used in all our food preparation,

cooking and cleaning systems to reduce negative

affects to the environment.

> Organic foods

Our menus and ingredients are at least 70% organic,

minimising sources of pollutants to the environment,

including waterways and soil quality)

(2)

Reuse

> All food storage requirements are reused and

maintained at a high standard

to meet all WA Government health regulations

in accordance with the Food Act 2008.

(3)

Recycle

> Food wastage, packaging and serving food ware

are eco-friendly and are

biodegradable and/or compostable.

(4)

  Raw
